To Order Signed Copies of Books by Ann Dixon:

form below. Determine which book(s) you'd like to purchase, and how many of
each book. Mark this information on the form.
If you would like the book(s) inscribed to individuals, please write their
names clearly in the inscription area. Otherwise, Ann will simply sign and
date the book(s). Calculate the shipping charges based on the information
below. Total the cost of the book(s) and shipping, and enter this amount
on the order form. Mail your completed order form along with a check to: Ann
Dixon, P.O. Box 1009, Willow, Alaska 99688. Your books will be shipped
within a week of receiving your order, and sooner if possible.
Shipping Rates: (Please check which shipping method and add the appropriate
charges on your order form.)
Priority Mail within USA: Add $6 for the first book, $3 for the second book,
and $2 for each additional book.
Media Rate (slower) within USA: Add $2 for first book and $1 for each additional
book.
